Part three of this series focuses on the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) and its outputs--the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and the Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR). Topics in this session include:
- The process for uploading PIRL data files into WIPS to generate the QPR.
- The process for submitting the QNR in WIPS and uploading additional documents, if applicable.
- Strategies for troubleshooting PIRL data file errors and how to resolve them.

In response to August 2025 guidance from the U.S. Department of Labor, workforce programs are now being encouraged to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) skill-building into services for both youth and adults. This is more than a technical adjustment. It represents a shift toward preparing job seekers for a labor market where AI is deeply embedded across industries.

Part IV of this series guides apprenticeship grantees managed by the Office of Apprenticeship through the process of drafting their Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR). Presenters will provide tactics on drafting each section of the report. During this event, grantees will learn how to identify and use relevant examples for inclusion in each section of the report, as applicable.
